Facility uses additives NatureSeal in prevent browning of fruit. Pre-k classes are present. All eggs, milk and juice are pasteurized. No raw cooking and no roast. SI on dishwasher hit the 20+/- requirement but it jumps above 25psi fro a short period. EHS recommend having unit checked. Watch over stocking walk ins. This causes the compressors to over work which can affect the holding temp for the unit and the foods.Also make sure all grease debris drawers at the cooking equipment are cleaned daily. EHS one drawer that had not been cleaning a while but overall facility was visibly clean.
