    Observation: Raw Hamburger cold holding at improper temperatures. Hamburger cooler was not turned on.
    Correction: Discard the food and ensure that potentially hazardous foods for cold holding are maintained at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. Operator discarded the hamburger during the inspection. The unit was plugged in operator to monitor temperatures to ensure the unit maintains product at 41 or less/
