    Observation: Vent in women's restroom noted in need of cleaning.
    Correction: All floors, walls, and ceilings must be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner.

Chicken is fully cooked, reheated on grill and hot held under temp/time control plan. Chicken reheated to 165 degrees. Hamburgers are raw frozen, cooked from frozen state and hot held under temp/time control plan. Tomatoes are sliced at commissary and delivered daily. Employee knew hamburger cooking temperature and was observed taking a temperatures. Observed handwashing by several employees. Employee health information posted. Discussed employee health, handwashing and temperatures with employees. Time control plan in addition to temperature control is in place for items hot held. Timers in place and employees were knowledgeable on how plan works. Thermometer available.
