    Observation: The commercially processed ready-to-eat (RTE) potato salad in the refrigeration unit was not discarded by the "consume by" date of 10/29/15.
    Correction: Discard the food at this time and ensure all commercially processed RTE food is served, sold or discarded by the "consume by" date after opening.

    Observation: Floors need to be cleaned in storage room under shelves and in corners.
    Correction: Clean floors.

    Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.
  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: A food warmer is used as a salad bar. Ice packs are lined in the wells then the trays of salad fixings are placed on top of the ice packs
    Correction: Discontinue the use of a food warmer as a salad bar. The current setup is not capable of maintaining potentially hazardous foods at 41 F or less.
