| The purpose of this visit was to conduct a routine inspection. The food kitchen was closed due to the plumbing issue. The facility is only open on Sundays (6 - 10pm) for special nights (Bingo). NOTE: - There was no food prep at the time of the inspection. The Employee Health policy and Sanitizing procedures and practices was discussed with the operator. Per operator, the facility prepares hamburgers from raw, Pasta, etc for special nights. Food is purchased from Coscto and local grocery stores. - Please provide a copy of plumbing service receipt to the Health Department with in 7 days. The purpose of this visit was to conduct a routine risk evaluation. No food service activities were in progress at the time of the inspection. Dishmachine turned thermolable black. NOTE: DO NOT RETURN ARTIC AIR REFRIGERATOR (RIGHT) TO SERVICE FOR STORAGE OF POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS UNTIL UNIT IS RESTORED TO FULLY FUNCTIONAL CONDITION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
