    Observation: The nonfood-contact surfaces of the following equipment were observed soiled with an accumulation of grime: Inside deflector plate of ice machine.
    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.
  • Prohibitions (corrected on site)
    Observation: Clean equipment/utensils were found stored on the ground inside office.
    Correction: Discontinue storage of clean equipment and utensils in a location subject to contamination.
  • Conformance with Approved Procedures
    Observation: Temperature logs are not being maintained by the establishment.
    Correction: Maintain accurate temperature logs.

Triple sink faucet has good flow, drain pipe has been moved so that it doesn't flow out of the open drain. Walk-ins have sealed pipes and temperatures were observed during follow-up. Grease trap outside, hooked into all drains from kitchen. Establishment is okay to operate. New permit will be printed and delivered.
