At time of inspection PIC was cleaning out and discarding frozen food that had thawed in the Kelvinator freezer due to isolated power outage. * Please submit a Plan Review application for mobile trailer prior to use.
  • Food Storage - Clean and Dry Location
    Observation: Food stored on the floor or food stored less than 6" above the floor.;Elevate food storage onto approved shelving with minimum 6" legs or casters.
  • Temperature Measuring Devices - Ambient Air and Water
    Observation: The ambient (air/water) temperature measuring device (degrees C) located in the walk-in cooler is not accurate.
    Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device that is easily readable and accurate to +/-1.5 degrees Celsius in the intended range of use.
  • Premises - Maintaining Premises - Unnecessary Items and Litter
    Observation: Facility is storing unnecessary items to the operation or maintenance of the establishment. Ceiling tiles missing. Floor in kitchen area in need of good cleaning.
    Correction: Remove all unnecessary items from the facility. The presence of unnecessary articles, including equipment which is no longer used, makes regular and effective cleaning more difficult and less likely. It can also provide harborage for insects and rodents. Replace ceiling tiles. Schedule a thorough cleaning of floor in kitchen.
