    Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the metal shelf on the left of the three-compartment sink has carboard on the top self, which is not cleanable.
    Correction: Remove the carboard from the metal shelf and replace it with a cleanable option.
  • Non-Food Contact Surfaces (corrected on site)
    Observation: The shelf to the left of the three-compartment sink has a bowl with food on the shelf and sauce spilling out of it.
    Correction: Keep open food containers off of non-food contact surfaces.

    Observation: The raw and/or undercooked foods provided on the menu, menu board, table tent or brochure do not provide a disclosure statement.
    Correction: The Consumer Advisory shall include a disclosure statement that includes a description of the animal-derived foods and identification of the animal-derived foods by astericking (*) them to a footnote that states that the items are served raw or undercooked, or contain raw or undercooked ingredients. Add the statement “Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.” PLEASE CORRECT WITHIN 10 DAYS

    Observation: Facilities walls and floor observed with an accumulation of grease.
    Correction: Clean non-food contact surfaces such as walls and floors regularly to prevent the build-up of grease and therefore decrease the likelihood of pest infestation. CORRECT WITHIN THE 30 DAYS

Friendly & efficient service. Never had a wrong order, unlike food chains, etc. Family friendly environment with all types of choices for all ages. I very much enjoy Tom's and will continue to eat and order out there.
