    Observation: Observed torn gaskets on the refrigerator.
    Correction: Replace gaskets.
  • Equipment - Food Contact Surfaces, Nonfood Contact Surfaces, and Utensils
    Observation: Observed dried sauce on the outside of the hot holding unit.
    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.

    Observation: Observed a hose on a faucet without a backflow device and observed a spray nozzle on a hose with a bell type backflow device.
