    Correction: Repair wall and trim around pizza prep unit to be smooth and cleanable.
  • Lighting, Intensity
    Observation: Light bulbs not working in back prep and dish washing area.
    Correction: Replace light bulbs as needed to increase light intensity to required 50 foot candles.
