| NEED TO CORRECT: Adjust/maintenance walk-in refrigerator so that runs at 36-38°F to maintain potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below. Repair hole in screen door at entry to kitchen, lower right door. Clean out alley of leaves and dirt. Remove pealing paint from wall section under exhaust hood near 3-compartment sink wall. Make sure no leaks in p-traps under spray tower and 3-compartment sink. Adjust exterior most door so that self closes and not drags. Check for leaks of p-traps at spray tower and under 3-compartment sink. Verify that walk-in refrigerator maintains potentially hazardous foods at 41°F or below. Install self closer on double door entry service door to exterior and adjust so door not drag and closes easily. Notify Health Dept. if any change of main equipment and detail what that will be.
