Correction: Cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. Service/adjust themostats in units, verify maintains <41F. CORRECT IMMEDIATELY.

Correction: Implement sanitization in 3 compartment sink until dish machine is serviced and verified to properly sanitize.
