    Correction: Remove the bag of raw hamburger.

    Observation: An employee was observed performing at the cash register, answering the phone, and handling food items without removing their gloves at the right time.
    Correction: Retrain employee on the proper use of gloves.

    Observation: The raw chicken, egg salad, and sliced tomatoes were observed at 57 degrees Fahrenheit, 46 degrees Fahrenheit, and 46 degrees Fahrenheit, respectively.
    Correction: Properly cool these foods from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours and 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within 6 hours or less. Food items prepared at ambient temperature shall be cooled within 4 hours to 41 degrees Fahrenheit or less. (Immediately)
