| The purpose of this visit is to conduct a complaint inspection. The director of the facility called the Health department concerning and increase in gastrointestinal illnesses. The establishment has an online training system that includes employee health that the employees are required to take upon being hired. The food is from an approved source and placed in the walk in cooler upon arrival. Equipment logs are placed throughout the facility to monitor equipment temperature. The facility has sanitized the dining room area and kitchens. The food remaining in the first floor kitchen will be discarded and all dishware/utensils will be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. During the inspection there were no violations observed. All food is date marked, and the beef cooking reached an internal temperature of 206F. There are some structural concerns regarding the kitchen, such as the condition of the wall by the dish machine. Please address these prior to the next routine inspection.
