The purpose of this visit was to conduct a Routine inspection. NOTE: The Person-in-Charge (PIC) demonstrates the food safety knowledge and practices. Per discussion, the facility serves fresh cooked meals only, no re-heated meals. Meals are not hot held for extended period of time because meals are served with in 30 minutes of preparation. All the leftovers are either discarded or consumed by other employees. Observed raw animal products in the freezer which was confirmed by the PIC that is only for employees. Employee Health Policy was discussed with the PIC.
