  • Critical: Hands and Arms Cleaning Procedure* (corrected on site)
    Observation: Improper handwashing (quick rinse) procedures observed.
    Correction: Ensure all food employees clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms with a cleaning compound in a lavatory by vigorously rubbing together the surfaces of their lathered hands and arms for at least 20 seconds and thoroughly rinsing with clean water.
  • Handwashing - Using a Handwashing Lavatory (corrected on site)
    Observation: Handsink in dishwashing area blocked by dirty equipment. Handsink in front used to store dirty knives.
    Correction: Access to the handwashing facility identified above is to be available during all hours of operation. Correct today by removing items blocking handsink use.
  • Dressing Rooms - Using Dressing Rooms and Lockers
    Observation: Personal items stored throughout the establishment intermingled with single use items, clean dishes, food items, etc.
    Correction: Store personal items separate from the items used in establishment. Designate separate area today.
  • Critical: Toxics - Storage of Toxic Containers* (corrected on site)
    Observation: Toxic cleaners stored with personal items and on same counter as slicing of tomatoes.
    Correction: Store in use cleaners separate from food, utensils, etc.
