Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.

Observation: Quaternary Ammonium sanitizing solution used was not at an acceptable concentration. Three compartment sink final rinse tested above 400 PPM.
Correction: Adjust the sanitizing solution to 200 parts per million or otherwise identified by manufacturer's recommendations. Dilute to concentration by adding tap water until auto dispenser repaired.

Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device that is easily readable and accurate to +/-1.5 degrees Celsius in the intended range of use.
