Observation: Chlorine sanitizing solution provided by machine at final rinse was not at an acceptable concentration.
Correction: When machine is in the rinse cycle manually hold sanitizer prime switch until
it is operating in accordance with minimum requirements of 50 to 100 PPM. Use test strips at the end of each cycle to make sure the machine is providing 50 to 100 PPM chlorine sanitizing concentration. If not use three compartment sink to wash-rinse-sanitize.
