Very clean and orderly facility. Hand washing sinks available and in use with warm water, soap, and towels. Good hand washing and glove use observed. PIC and staff follows good food safety procedures. Suggested for PIC to monitor recovery ability of refrigeration equipment to maintain the required temperatures of < 41 degrees. Reviewed proper function, testing, and monitoring of 'ware washing' machine with PIC. Temperature sticker did not turn black when run through machine several times.
