The cold holding equipment consist of a reach-in cooler that is used for cold holding bottled water and sodas and a freezer unit that is used freezing French fries and PHFs/TCS foods. Food Permit was issued today.

    Observation: No protection was provided between the hand sink and drainboard of the 3-compartment sink to prevent splashing/contamination of clean utensils when hands are being washed.
