This is to be discussed with new staff and signed copies are to be kept on file. All food prep done in club's main kitchen and is sent down to the snack bar daily. Quat bottles are filled from the dispenser in main building. Fresh nacho cheese brought out daily. Salads made fresh each day. Nacho cheese will be heated in the main kitchen each day and brought down to the snack bar to be hot held. Hot dogs, french fries, wraps, and salads will be served. Any/all meats in the salads or wraps will be pre-cooked or deli meat. All dishes will be sent up to the restaurant to be washed in the chlorine dish machine each day. 3-vat sink is available. Raw burgers are being cooked to order on the flat top grill in the snack bar. Check accepted for health permit fee. New permit delivered on-site.
