Observation: Observed accumulations of food and milk residue in the bottom of the rear True reach-in cooler and the front service barista cooler.

Observation: The handwash station at the 3 compartment warewashing area was observed with brushes in the handsink basin.
Correction: The handwash facility identified above is to be used for washing hands only

Observation: The quantity of refuse exceeded the storage capacity of the exterior storage enclosure ( numerous bags of trash were observed adjacent to the 3 outside trash receptacles).

Observation: Observed accumulations of food residue and or other debris on the following nonfood-food contact surfaces: interior and exterior of the front service equipment .
Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.

Observation: Single service packets of "Sweet & Low" and disposable cup covers were found stored on the floor in the rear storage area.
Correction: Store single service and disposable items in a clean, dry location where not exposed to splash, dust or other contamination at least 6 inches above the floor.

Observation: Soap was not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the front prep handsink.
Correction: Hand soap must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing. Hand cleanser must always be present to aid in reducing microorganisms and particulate matter found on hands.
- Hand Drying Provision
Observation: No disposable towels were provided at the hand washing lavatory in the rear warewashing and front prep handsink. The operator provided disposable napkins at the front prep handsink.
Correction: Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials
