    Observation: There is no test kit located in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions.
    Correction: Obtain a QAC Test Paper test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level.

    Observation: The nonfood-contact surfaces of the following equipment were observed soiled with an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and/or other debris: hood filters.
    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.
  • Floors, Walls, and Celings - Cleanability
    Observation: Ceiling above ice machine and around light fixture is not smooth and easily cleanable and needs repair.
    Correction: Repair or replace ceiling to make it smooth and easily cleanable.
  • Lighting, Intensity
    Observation: Less than 50 foot candles of light was noted in the kitchen area.
    Correction: Provide at least 50 foot candles at a surface where a food employee is working with food or working with utensils or equipment such as knives, slicers, grinders, or saws where employee safety is a factor
