Note: Facial hair on men to be well groomed and trimmed. Long hair to be pulled back. Wing sauce buckets to be cleaned every 4 hours or less. Have a system. Wing sauce clear containers with screw on lids are melted. Discard at that time. Pay attention to proper cleaning. Permit expires 1/31/16. Reinspection needed.

Observation: Container of cut onions found on top of a trash can full of trash.
Correction: This is not meant to be used as a food prep counter. Container was relocated.

Observation: Missing filter in fryer hood. Missing drip tray from grill hood (grease is spilling onto floor)
Correction: Put filters in place.

Observation: Mop sink drain is dirty. Floor drain to left of 3-c drain is full of debris.
Correction: Clean.

Observation: Working containers of degreaser was not properly labeled.
Correction: Working containers of toxic items are to be properly labeled with contents. Identification of these containers with the common name of the material helps prevent the dangerous misuse of the contents. PIC discarded bottle
