| The purpose of this visit was to conduct a routine inspection. No violations observed during today's inspection. Observed separate area for storing dented cans. Per manager, food worker calibrated the thermometer this morning using ice bath method and the thermometer was found to measure 32F. Sanitizer measured at an acceptable level in both the wiping cloth bucket and the sanitize basin of the three vat sink. Observed proper hand washing and gloving technique by an employee during this inspection. Facility noted in neat, clean and orderly condition. Employee health policy in place.
