The purpose of this visit was to conduct a follow-up inspection to verify compliance regarding a complaint about trash and refuse in the dumpster area located at the back of the restaurant. During the initial visit on 8/13, trash and refuse were observed on grass and wooded area behind the dumpster and along the entire wooded line. The certified food manager was advised to clean the affected area. d in compliance. Today's inspection noted the entire back grassy and wooded area at the back of the shopping structure has been cleaned properly. The restaurant is in compliance. However, the certified food manager has been advised to train employees to place to place refuse and trash in plastic bags before placing them in the dumpster. The trash bags should be tied properly. The dumpster lids and doors should be closed tightly to prevent entry of pest and unsanitary conditions.

A customer reported that a dumpster used by this food establishment located at the back of the building was observed to be overflowing and the grassy areas behind the dumpster were noted to be littered with trash and refuse. The certified food manager was advised to join the other establishment in cleaning the affected areas. A follow-up inspection will be done on 8-17-15 to verify compliance.

The purpose of this visit is to conduct a risk factor assessment. Employee health policy in place. Observed one employee wash hands using proper technique. Sanitizer observed at an acceptable level in sanitize basin of the three vat sink. IMPORTANT: It is required that a Certified Food Manager is present in the facility any time foodworkers are present in the facility. If a Certified Food Manager is not available to be present, you may voluntarily close. Thank you.

Observation: There is no Certified Food Manager present at the beginning of the inspection.
Correction: The Certified Food Manager arrived approximately 20 minutes after the beginning of the inspection. It shall be unlawful to operate a food establishment unless it is under the immediate control of a certified food manager. It is highly suggested that you have more than one employee with the food manager's license. ORS Interactive, Inc. (see handout provided) issues the required photo identification card with proof of successful completion of a certified food manager's exam. Failure to have a certified food manager on site during ALL hours of operation including food preparation, food service, and cleaning/sanitizing of equipment/utensils will result in closure of the establishment.

The purpose of this visit is a routine inspection. Sanitizer in the wiping cloth bucket and three vat sink measured at an acceptable level. Manager used thermocouple to help EHS measure temperature.
