    Observation: The following equipment food-contact surfaces were observed soiled to sight and touch: wok area, ref and work tables.
    Correction: Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact.

    Observation: The handwashing facility located at the front counter is blocked, preventing access by employees for easy handwashing.

A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner. Clean grease and debris from under equipment and clean often enough to prevent build up.
