Prior to installing additional plumbing fixtures the permit holder must apply and gain approval through the necessary regulatory agencies.

    Observation: Sanitizing Agent being applied to food contact surfaces does not meet the requirements of 40 CFR 180.940 (Chlorine > 200ppm).

    Observation: A review of the menu with the foodservice operator indicates that there is no consumer advisory for the FOOD (steak, eggs) that may be served raw and/or undercooked
    Correction: If an animal food such as beef, eggs, fish, lamb, milk, pork, poultry, or shellfish is served or sold raw or undercooked the permit holder shall inform consumers of the significantly increased risk of consuming such foods by way of a disclosure and reminder using brochures, deli case or menu advisories, label statements, table tents, placards, or other effective written means.
  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: EQUIPMENT was observed in a state of disrepair and damaged:
    - Deli unit functioning marginally in upper part of unit - servicing unit recommended.
    - True Freezer - bottom panel missing and condenser needs cleaning.

    Correction: Repair the EQUIPMENT to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the EQUIPMENT, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.
  • Equipment - Food Contact Surfaces, Nonfood Contact Surfaces, and Utensils
    Observation: Observed accumulations of dust, dirt, food residue or other debris on the following nonfood-food contact surfaces: Vent Hood.
    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.
  • Physical Facilities in Good Repair
    Observation: Physical structure is not maintained in good repair:
    - Countertops x 2 (next to deli unit and in cook room) need to be resurfaced
    - Back screen door not properly sealed to prevent insect intrusion.

    Correction: Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.
  • Critical: Toxics - Storage of Toxic Containers* (corrected on site)
    Observation: Containers of cleaners not stored separately from insecticides or rodenticides.
    Correction: Store detergents, sanitizers, related cleaning or drying agents and caustics, acids, polishes and other chemicals separately from insecticides and rodenticides.
