(see invoice) Employees were instructed on how to properly use ice bath to hold temperature controlled foods below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Using time to control foods was also discussed.Certified manager not available during inspection. Contact health department when refrigerator has been repaired. Follow up inspection will be conducted to insure compliance.

Called owner last week to check in. He stated that the repair company has been to the restaurant location and has ordered parts. During inspection today, PIC said they are waiting on parts and that the repair company was here a couple days ago to fix the walk-in refrigerator and look at the other prep frig, which is leaking water. Contact EHS when refrigerators have been repaired.
