This is an OPENING INSPECTION. FACILITY IS VERY CLEAN AND IN GOOD ORDER AT TIME OF INSPECTION. PERMIT ISSUED. ALL ESTABLISHMENT DOES IS SERVE ICE CREAM AND MAKE WAFFLES.
No violation noted during this evaluation.
