    Observation: Observed the following foods cold holding at improper temperatures: Corn 58°F, Beans 58°F, Beef Patty 58°F, and Cheese 45°F.
    Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.

    Observation: Observed the thin tipped probed thermometer was not working.
    Correction: Need to replace the battery of the thin tipped probed thermometer to ensure its proper operation.

    Observation: Observed the bottom of the single entry door and the bottom of one of the double entry doors is not tightly fitted to prevent the entry of pests.
    Correction: Need to replace the sweeps of the entry doors to prevent the entry of pests.

    Observation: Observed the glue traps at the dishwash machine and the ice machine are full of dead roaches. (Traps were installed 4/22/2013).
    Correction: The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by using methods such as trapping devices or other methods as required.
