    Observation: Observed the nacho cheese sauce at 110-117°F in the two dispensers.
    Correction: Temperatures should be at least 135°F. Product should be discarded.

    Observation: Observed accumulations of food debris in the bottom of the freezer in the main storage area. Also, the ice cream freeze had heavy frost.
    Correction: Clean.
  • Refuse - Maintaining Refuse Areas and Enclosures
    Observation: Trash and litter were observed adjacent to the refuse container outside the facility and observed popcorn on the asphalt near the dumpster.
    Correction: The refuse container storage area and grounds adjacent to the container are to be maintained clean and sanitary.
