| The purpose of today's visit is due to a complaint. The complainant stated there was no water at the hand sinks in the men's and the women's rest-rooms on Saturday. Complainant stated that she was directed to the hand sink near the bar but there was not soap. I spoke to a manager who was aware of the complaint. Manager stated that both rest-rooms are on the same GFI circuit and the breaker kept tripping off. Manager stated that they provided hand sanitizer in the rest-rooms and set up a sink at the dump station on back side of bar for customers use. Manager stated that the the electrician was called out to work on the electrical problem. Firm has received the OK from corporate to replace the faucets in rest-rooms with manual faucets so this will not happen again. I check both the men's and women's rest-rooms and there was hot and cold water available at the faucets. Soap and paper towels were also available. Complaint closed. The dish machine was sanitizing with hot water. The 3 vat sink at bar was set up with sanitizer at 100 ppm. Manager provided information on reportable illnesses. Always be on the look out for cross contamination since you handle so much shellfish and crustaceans..

| Purpose of Inspection was to investigate an accidental discharge of the walk-in freezer sprinkler system. Some boxes of product were soiled with water stains. Closed for clean-up, instructed manager to discard all open boxes of product that were present during the discharge. No violation noted during this evaluation. | 03/18/2014 | Routine |
