Complainant: foul odor, dirty dining room, and flies.
During the investigation, I spoke with the manager on duty. He was not aware of a complaint. Several flies were observed around the bar. A foul odor was not observed in the bar, bathroom, or kitchen. The dining room was not observed to be dirty.
