    Observation: Observed mold build-up on gaskets of 3 door refrigerator (the side closest to the line).
    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

Let dish machine heat up to at least 155 degrees so that the wash temperature stays above 150 degrees. Good glove use and hand washing.

    Observation: Observed build-up of mold/mildew inside the ice machine.
    Correction: Empty out ice machine and clean/sanitize the inside thoroughly to remove build-up of the mold/mildew.

Power was out from 9am-1030am in the whole school. Good hand washing and glove use. Dish machine fixed by repairman this morning.

    Correction: Make sure racks are cleaned regularly. PIC stated they are being cleaned on Friday.

    Observation: Container with unknown chemical located in storage area.
    Correction: Make sure all chemicals are always labeled and easily identifiable. PIC discarded chemical because they could not identify it.
