Observation: Several PHF's were at improper cold temperatures
Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below. The Morello refrigerator is too close th the PHF's ,is iced up and not working properly. Service the Morello RIR

Observation: The 3-vat sink located in the establishment is broken and can not be used..
Correction: Repair the 3-vat sink allowing employees to manually wash, rinse, and sanitize equipment and utensils.

- Mops - Drying Mops
Observation: Mops not hung up to air dry.
Correction: Wet use maintenance items such as mops must be hung in a position that allows them to air dry so they are not allowed to grow contamination which can then be spread through the establishment at the next use.

Observation: Less than 20 foot candles of light was noted in the dishwashing area. The light in the dry food storage is not shielding.
Correction: Provide at least 20 foot candles at a distance of 30 inches from the floor in consumer self-service areas, inside equipment, warewashing, equipment storage, toilet rooms. Shield the light in the dry food storage area.
