| Routine inspection revealed the following: Meals are transported via Gildersleeve Middle School to the Enterprise Academy located at 813 Diligence Drive, unit 110 where food for Point Option is packaged. Foods/meals are then picked up by Point Option Staff and taken to Point Option at around 11:00 AM. Once at Point Option, the food is left at room temperature until lunchtime which is between 11:30 AM and 12 Noon. There is an upright refrigeration unit (Delfield) that is operating at proper temperature but is rarely used since there is usually never any leftover foods. | Meals are transported from Enterprise Academy to Point Options each day for lunch. The area to be inspected is set up for dining and contains one reach-in refrigeration unit. Lunch is prepackaged. Therefore, the individuals distributing lunches do not directly handle any TCS food items. The dining area is clean and well maintained.
