Walk in refrigerator was turned down during my inspection, but the air temperature did not drop. Manager called her repairman and he is scheduled to come today. Follow up to be done tomorrow, 12-6-13.

    Observation: Employee failed to scrub hands during handwashing for 10 to 15 seconds. Employee scrubbed hands for only 8 seconds.
    Correction: Once hands are wet and soap has been applied, scrub hands for 10 to 15 seconds before rinsing them.

    Observation: Employee handled food after it had come out of the oven and before it went to the customer with barehands.
    Correction: Remember to prevent barehand contact with food that receives no further heat treatment with single use gloves, utensils, or deli paper.
