Complaint # 1306092 complaint received by Health Department about Pharaoh's cafe seatings. Customer was bitten by bugs (suspect bed bugs) as she/he was sitting on the booth. Manager on duty didn't receive any complain from any other customer, but he was notified about the situation. If the food is held at 41°F or below the food shall be served or sold within 7 calendar days. Some harmful bacteria continue to grow even at refrigeration temperatures so limiting the amount of time in storage limits the amount of growth allowed for these bacteria.

Observation: Utensils and/or cleaning aids that are used on non-stick kitchenware are sharp, rough- edged, or abrasive and are removing the non-stick coating of the frying pan.
