There is no certified food manager and no proof of registration for class. Operator said that he plans to go to April class but has not registered. Advised need to register so that he may attend the class. Advised to contact me when he has registered and/or taken class. This needs to be done. Virginia Beach city ordinance requires presence of certified food manager a minimum of 8 hours daily when restaurant is open. This has been a continuing violation.
