    Correction: Have a pest control company come in and treat the premises for roaches.The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by using methods such as trapping devices or other methods as required.

Operator purchased a new Make unit to replace the one that was not operating properly. This replacement, however, was not operating properly either. The Food Permit was re-issued since the Food Permit Renewal fees were paid. HM

    Observation: The chlorine sanitizer in the 3 bay sink is not being used in accordance with law or the manufacturer's use directions. Cocentration was greater than 200ppm.
