| This establishment is ready to be permitted. All pertinent corrections have been made. PIC has passed a ServSafe food handler's course and is proficient in safe food handling knowledge. A CO has been issued by Rodney Wilson (Pearisburg Town Building Insp.). New soap and paper towel dispensers have arrived, but are not installed. They will be installed within the next week, but in the mean time soap and paper towels will be located adjacent to the hand sink. The only correction which remains to be made is the installation of a self closing mechanism on the bathroom door. This can be corrected within the next 30 days of operation.
