    Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the raw nwooden storage shelves, shelves on wheels and wooden supports for freezers is not sealed and smooth and easily cleanable.
    Correction: Alter or replace this item to provide a surface that is free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices.

    Observation: There is no QAC test kit located in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions. Chlorine test strips are provided but there is no chlorine.
    Correction: Obtain a QAC test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level.

    Observation: Boxes reused to store containers of ketchup and tarter sauce.
