Other than the inoperable Garland convection ovens and Traulsen 8-door refrigerator in kitchen food prep area the facility is immaculate and extremely well managed. The unavailability of the Traulsen 8-Door refrigerator and Double convection oven unit hampers the operation of the kitchen and I fear may interfere with the ability of the staff to serve 325+ meals for breakfast and 450+ for lunch per sitiing at the school.
