| Good use of handwashing and glove use. Reveiwed temperature logs for cooking, cooling and equipment temperature logs. All temperatures within proper range. Cooling is completed in 1.5 hours to < 40 degrees. Reminder to use or discard RTE foods within 7 days. No pests observed. RRS is supplier. Delivery observed of frozen and canned products. Dishmachine not in use for multiple years so foam serving trays are used. Reviewed Employee Health and the use of Reporting agreement. | No hot food to temp. Some cooling done. Cooling logs observed. All cooled to less than 41 degrees before covered and put away. Both milk boxes had been left open for breakfast for 1 hour and therefore temps were up a little. PIC indicates location of ice machine and other non food personnel using ice machine is an issue. Recommend redirecting teachers and others by preparing ice cups in advance and making them available in an area that would not preclude them using the ice machine. Also recommend adding signage to ice machine about only food personnel and adding a box of gloves to the area. Discussed Employee Health. Signed Reporting Agreement observed. | No food prep observed during inspection. 3-compartment sink - 200 ppm quaternary ammonium Discussed: Hair restraints. Dish machine is not currently working. All equipment an utensils are being cleaned and sanitized in 3-compartment sink. Recommend obtaining an ice machine that is not shared with others. Walk in Freezer door is not tight fitting and ice is accumulating around door. Person in charge stated that the freezer door will be replaced this summer. In general, facility is clean and well maintained. Have a great summer.
