Before operating the facility supply all hand washing station with soap and paper towels and method of disposing towels Remove the paints and painting operations in the beverage area before operation of facility. Please review the regulations requiring a person in charge of the facility and the responsibilities of the person in charge. A PIC should be available at all times. The PIC and all food service workers should be knowledgeable of employee health and hygiene. The kitchen food preparation area should only be accessible by food service workers. Person without roles in the food preparation should not be allowed in the food preparation area. Many persons where observed congregating at the grill and passing through the kitchen during this visit. The food service and preparation areas should be restricted to person necessary to operate...
