Correction: Operator relocated milk during the inspection operator to clean the condensor on the unit if this does not bring the temperature to 41 or below a refrigeration specialist is to be called. A cleaning schedule fro the condensor of the unit needs to be developed and followed.

Correction: Discussed time as a control with the operator. Discussed having a backup dispensors so while the ones used for time are being washed the backups can be used while the washed ones are air drying. Operator agreed to use time as a control.

Observation: Wall and cabnet juncture at the handsink noted in need of cleaning.
Correction: All floors, walls, and ceilings must be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner.
