Abbreviations: RIC- Reach In Cooler, IT- Internal Temperature, ST- Surface Temperature Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink measured 200 ppm Today's Menu: Spanish Rice with Beef, Peas, Apple Sauce. Foods were still heating at the time of the inspection. The kitchen refrigerator is overstocked, possibly preventing air from circulating to keep foods cold. Ambient air temperature was 37'F but internal food temperatures measured 43'F. I recommend providing a separate refrigerator for employees to store their foods or a larger refrigerator may be needed. | Todays menu includes Broccoli (fresh and steamed), Orange Slices, Tuna Sandwiches, and Chicken Nuggets (for toddlers). Tuna was made this morning with pre-chilled ingredients. Tuna measured 48'F. Steamed Broccoli for immediate service 177'F. Chicken nuggets for immediate service 180'F. No foods prepared from raw ingredients except shell eggs used for baking. Recommend adjusting thermostat in infant room refrigerator to make it cooler. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Thank you.
