    Observation: The comminuted or ground beef was not cooked to a sufficient temperature and time to eliminate pathogenic bacteria. Final temp was 150°F
    Correction: Continue to cook the meat to heat all parts to 155°F or above for 15 seconds, 145°F for 3 minutes, 150°F for 1 minute, or instantaneously at 158°F.

    Observation: Observed accumulations of oil on the following nonfood-food contact surfaces: floors behind the fryer.
    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.

    Observation: Surfaces of the ice bin and ice dispensor was in contact with non-potentially hazardous food items that were observed soiled with accumulations of grime and debris.
    Correction: Clean the surface of ice machines at any time when contamination may have occurred, at least every 24 hours, before restocking the consumer self-service equipment/utensils, or per manufacturer specifications.

    Observation: The handwash station at the grill is being used as a dump station for greese and utensils.
    Correction: The handwash facility identified above is to be used for washing hands only

All violations shall be corrected within 30 days. Call pest control to come inspect and treat for the flies. Only Certified applicator's are allowed to use any chemicals to treat pests in the facility. Employee's are not allow to spray or put out any chemicals to treat any pests.
