This is the most horrible McDonald's I have ever been to in the country. My order has been wrong practically every single time I have come through the drive-through in the past nine months. Service is slow. Management is pitiful. There is no staff training. Every time I order an unsweet tea, they give me a sweet tea even though I ask at the window of if the order is correct. Once it took three times to get unsweet tea because an untrained employee put sweet tea in the unsweet container and the manager didn't believe me when I said it was sweet tea. She finally took a taste. No apology to me. 20 minutes ago I had to wait until the manager counted the drawer in order for them to give my $10 change back because the attendant didn't accurately look at my money when I gave it to her. The manager didn't apologize or say anything other than hand the $10 to me. The attendant didn't have the decemcy to apologize. The worst!

The young girl that looked like Rapunzel was so friendly. She even talked to my children. The food was fresh and the fries were hot. This McDonald's is the best I have been to in years. I will continue to visit.
